This week I had to create a 15-30 second animation that will be part of our "tutorial" project. The animation has to be a teaching aid of some kind. I decided to animate one of the simplest parts of color theory; that is, color groups: primary colors, secondary colors, and tertiary colors.

The music is not in the original animation. I added the music to this version at my mom's request. =D

This animation sequence took approximately 6 hours to do. :faint: I am thinking about adding "pause", "mute", and "replay" controls... maybe tomorrow.

The complete tutorial, "Color Theory and Innovative Web Design", is now available online! --> [link]

thank-you for the very usefull tutorial! I learnt a lot here! :icondignitylaughplz:
although 'Global – beauty. Isalmic, Hindu, and Chinese brides traditionally wear red.'- this is common in south asian culture, including south asian muslims, but in islam, the colour white is preferred as it symbolises purity, and the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) recommended it. The rest is a matter of individual and social taste. :D
Again, I'd like to thank you on such a lovely tutorial.

:aww: Thanks for that information! I had no idea that white was the recommended color. If I remember the research correctly, the red color choice is more prominent among some Muslims on the Indian subcontinent and Asia, so I wonder if culture plays a small part in that?

I know that white wedding dresses did not become the norm in Europe until the Victorian Era when Queen Victoria wore white at her wedding in 1840. So this "tradition" is actually very new for most of Europe and the Americas.

I'm glad you liked the tutorial!
